2012 Tours at Southlake Town Square
Thanksgiving through Christmas -- Our 13th Year
Every weekend evening from Thanksgiving through Christmas we are the exclusive carriage service for viewing the beautiful lights at Southlake Town Square. You can catch a carriage at the Park off Grand Ave. near Santa's Village at the gazebo.
No Reservations Required: Reservations are not required but are encouraged at peak times of the season. These must be paid in advance and made online. A Standard carriage ride generally lasts 5-10 minutes and costs $25 for a group of 4. The Extended ride lasts about 10-15 minutes and costs $50 for the group. Larger groups may be accommodated with our 10-12 passenger surrey on select nights for a minimum price of $150. A special reservation is made for half hour and hourly rates. Please call for information. Blankets are included on the carriage when the weather is chilly and you can bring your own hot cocoa or coffee.
Service Times and Information: The carriages are generally out after 5:30 p.m. on Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays, after 4 p.m. on Sundays during the holiday season, and other special times by appointment (weather permitting). These are our guaranteed times for walk-up service, however we will come early or stay late by popular demand. Reservations may be made ONLY online by using the "Reservations & Payment" below (pre-pay required).
Reservations: Use our convenient scheduling system to book your reservation today. Pick the date and time you want, optionally select an extended ride, and pay using your credit card or PayPal account. A real time saver, and with additional benefits like confirmation and reminder emails, clearly the best choice. You can also use the "Add To Cart" button below to make payment, if you prefer calling us to make your reservation. Pre-payment is required with either of these methods, of course. Private Holiday Tours:
Private reservations may be made any time, on any day, at any location during the season. These rates vary by type of service required and are tailored to make your holiday event special. Feel free to call us today to discuss your particular needs. You may choose from any of the following options. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to call us prior to paying online as there are no full refunds for online payments. Confirmation by phone or e-mail will be sent as soon as possible.

Our cancellation policy is as follows: 6-8 hour advance notice required for cancellation due to inclement weather – we will show up unless we hear from you; a partial refund may be sent within 30 days of cancellation provided proper notice has been given; Olde Tyme Carriage Co. reserves the right to avoid or alter any and all situations where safety may be a factor, and the right to cancel any and all agreements in the event of hazardous conditions. (If you cancel, you may or may not receive a refund but if we cancel, we will refund you.)

Southlake Town Square: Christmas time or any time, we can make your visit special. We offer a Standard tour, which lasts approx. 5-10 minutes; an Extended tour, which can last up to 20 minutes; and any other Special service requests for off-peak days year round.
